SmarterMail is practically bullet-proof, uniquely stable and a pleasure to work with. We have to "remember" to look in on it from time to time, as it has never malfunctioned...

I first found SmarterMail while doing a search for mail servers when first moving to the Windows hosting environment. After trying the demo, I was hooked. Flawless installs that anyone could do with not one problem. Simply a great product that is and easy to install and it is to work in. I have since started using all of the rest of SmarterTools products. Just as in SmarterMail, the rest are just as easy to install, configure, and work in. Unbeleivable job SmarterTools. Great software, great support, and great prices! I would recomend this to anyone!

I just purchased SmarterMail Pro today and I honestly don't remember the last time I was happy to migrate to a new system. To date, this is the coolest mail server I've seen. Saying "thanks" does not come close to the feeling of gratitude I have for your helping me today. There are lots of products on the market that do ostensibly the same things. While features are the result of code, support is the result of attitude. While they are both touted by their companies, the former can be demonstrated with a mouse, but the latter has to be demonstrated by deed. While products can leapfrog each other in adding features, support is not something that can so easily measured or expressed in a matrix. It must be delivered by people. Today, you exemplified SmarterTools' differentiation of itself in the marketplace. You have won me over, and my business comes with it.

We researched and tested almost everything on the market... If you have a windows based system and your are not using Smarter Mail, then you are being very stupid... The features, service, and support couldn’t be any better.

I have done four installs so far...first going from Imail to SmarterMail 2...then an upgrade to version 3...then to version 4...and the latest being the upgrade to SmarterMail 5. In each of these cases, it just worked perfectly.

We've been using IMail since the year 2000 for our Hosted clients. However, after recent SMTP and POP3 DoS attacks and an exponential increase in spam we started looking for a more effective product. We decided on SmarterMail 5.x Enterprise Edition and we've never looked back. The abuse detection and antispam features in this product are worth their weight in gold. This is one of the best products we've seen in years.

SmarterMail was the slickest install I have ever done. The latest version installed right over our previous version--good to go! You guys and gals have done good and we are very pleased.

We converted from iMail and all I have gotten is compliments on the new system. Users are telling me they get maybe 2 spam emails a day now at the most, where as they used to get 50-200/day each!

Finally a company that "gets it". Administration via SOAP should be in every server application. And your web interfaces look great! You guys really put your competitors to shame.
