Applies to: SmarterMail (all versions)

To completely remove SmarterMail from the server, follow these steps:

1. Uninstall SmarterMail from Add/Remove Programs
2. Delete the SmarterTools software folder (Default Location: C:\Program Files\SmarterTools\SmarterMail)
3. Delete the SmarterMail data folder. This typically contains the Domains, Logs, Spool, POP3 Retrieval, etc (Default Location: C:\SmarterMail)
